This effortless meal from the oven features mozzarella-topped chicken breasts baked in an Italian-seasoned tomato sauce. Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts |
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® healthy request® condensed tomato soup |
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
4 cups hot cooked corkscrew-shaped pasta, cooked without salt |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Mix soup, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Spoon over chicken. 2. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until done. 3. Sprinkle cheese over chicken. Serve with pasta. |
