Campbell's(R) Creamy Dijon Chicken with Rice |

Browned chicken simmers in a creamy mustard sauce, then served with hot rice. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts |
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of celery soup or campbell's® condensed 98% fat free cream of celery soup |
2/3 cup water |
1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
4 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. 2. Add soup, water, mustard and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Serve with rice. |
