Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
4 boneless chicken breast halves |
1 can campbell's cream of chicken soup (with herbs) |
1/2 cup milk |
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables (, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) |
Directions:
1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. 2. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often. 3. Set chicken aside. 4. Pour off fat. 5. ADD soup, milk and vegetables. 6. Heat to a boil. 7. Return chicken to pan. 8. Reduce heat to low. 9. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. 10. or until vegetables are tender. |
