This is a very simple recipe that was designed to be used while camping but works just as well in your home oven, too! Ingredients:
2 potatoes |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon seasoning salt |
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes into equally-sized wedges or fries. 2. Make a pouch out of aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray (home oven use: greased bread tin). 3. Place cut potatoes in and spread/sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over the top of them. 4. Seal the pouch and place on indirect flame for about 45 minutes (home oven use: cover tin with foil, bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes). |
