Cook this up over a medium heat camp fire & eat it right outta the pan! Ingredients:
1/4 lb bacon, cut fine |
2 small onions, sliced |
1 (19 ounce) can tomatoes |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn, drained |
1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. In a pan, fry bacon pieces and onions. Add tomatoes and corn. 2. When boiling, crumble up cheese and add to pan, cooking only till cheese is melted. 3. Take off fire and eat with bread or crackers. |
