just a little twist on chili, great for tailgating Ingredients:
2lb. ground round or steak cut into 1/2 in. cubes |
1 large onion chopped |
5 cloves garlic minced |
3 28 oz.cans tomatoes with juice |
2 medium green peppers cut large |
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms |
1/4 cup chili powder |
1 and a 1/2 tsp salt |
1 tsp sugar |
1 and 1/2tsp black pepper |
1 and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper |
2 1lb cans pinto beans |
Directions:
1. brown meat and drain 2. combine all ingredients simmer 45 min to 1 hour or until none |
