Camembert With Port and Cranberry Sauce

Camembert is my favorite cheese. This is a beautiful way to do it.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup port wine
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon orange zest
8 ounces round camembert cheese
Directions:
1. in a measuring cup dissolve gelatin in water.
2. let stand 5 minutes.
3. in a saucepan combine cranberries, sugar, wine, gelatin mixture and cinnamon stick.
4. bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes.
5. remove from heat and stir in orange peel and cool ten minutes.
6. heat oven to 350 place cheese on ungreased cooking sheets.
7. bake for 15- 2 minutes and spoon cranberry mix over cheese.
