This is a calzone dish with veggies so that the kids can enjoy the benefits of brocalli as well. This recipe is on the food channel. Ingredients:
pizza dough already made |
low fat ricotta cheese |
low fat parmesean cheese shredded |
brocalli chopped up |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. this is simple to make 2. buy some pizza dough and roll it out to make it thin 3. put a litte flour underneath 4. then coat it thinly with some flour 5. in a mixing bowel put low fat ricotta cheese 6. put shredded parmesean cheese 7. put chopped up brocallil and mix together 8. Then put in on top of the pizza dough 9. Then fold the pizza in half and make sure the edges are sealed 10. take a fork around the edges and press to seal 11. then coat the sealed pizza dough with some olive oil 12. brush it over the top 13. sprinkle withe parmesean cheese and place in oven at 450 for 15 mintues and calzone that the kids will eat |
