A few cups of this and you'll be hearing the islands steel drums in your kitchen!

Ingredients:

1 cup of hot gourmet brewed coffee

1/2 fluid ounce frangelico

1/2 fluid ounce malibu rum

1/4 ounce chocolate (or to taste, ues your favorite kind)

sugar (optional)

whipped cream (optional)

Directions:

1. Combine your Frangelico, gourmet coffee and Malibu Rum.
2. Add chocolate and stir to melt.
3. Add sugar then top with whipped cream.
