In 'Ultimate Bar Book' by Mittie Hellmich Ingredients:
lemon wedge |
sugar |
1 ounce calvados (or other apple brandy) |
1 ounce cointreau liqueur (or triple sec) |
1/2 ounce fresh orange juice |
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Rub the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with lemon wedge and rim with sugar. 2. Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice, in a cocktail shaker. 3. Strain into the prepared glass. |
