Ingredients:
1/2 cup soymilk or 1/2 cup almond milk
1 apple, peeled cored chunked
1/4 cantaloupe, chunked
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 tablespoon german chamomile flowers (fresh) or 1 teaspoon german chamomile flowers (dried)
Directions:
1. Using a blender or Vita-Mix, process ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass.
