This recipe came from my Uncle. He baked it for us in his bread maker when we were visiting in Chula Vista and we fell in love! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk, plus |
2 tablespoons milk |
2 tablespoons butter |
4 cups flour |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Put each ingredient in bread maker as listed. 2. When adding yeast besure it doesnt touch the milk. 3. Bake as you would any bread maker bread. 4. I use the 2# setting and light crust. 5. Enjoy. |
