I picked up this simple but delicious recipe at tea time in a lovely southern California B&B. Everybody loves this one; it's always a hit and it's QUICK. There are no exact measurements. Ingredients:
box of buttery crackers, your choice |
1 pkg goat cheese |
1 sm. jar pesto |
1 jar pinenuts |
Directions:
1. On each cracker spread a generous helping of goat cheese. (more chunky than spread flat)
2. Top with a small mound of pesto.
3. Top with one pinenut. Serve and enjoy. :)
