This recipe comes from the Kraft Magazine. Ingredients:
2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese |
avocado, slices 8 thin slices |
16 triscuit crackers |
8 small cooked clen shrimp, cut lengthwise in half |
2 tablespoons thick chunky salsa |
Directions:
1. Cut cheese into 8 slices, cut each slice diagonally in half. 2. Cut avocado slices crosswise in half. 3. Top crackers with cheese, avocados, shrimp and salsa. 4. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
