California Roll Salad Ingredients:
8 oz rice, cooked |
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar |
1 head lettuce |
1 cucumber, sliced thin |
1 avocado, thinly sliced |
1 lb imitation crab meat, broken in 1 inch chunks |
3 tbsp soy sauce |
2 tbsp pickled ginger |
Directions:
1. Toss rice with 1 tbsp vinegar. 2. Arrange lettuce on a platter. Top with rice, cucumber, avocado and crab meat. 3. Mix soy sauce and remaining vinegar. 4. Drizzle soy mixture over salad. Sprinkle ginger on top. |
