Chopped artichoke hearts, tomatoes, jalapenos, and grated Parmesan cheese in a creamy base is baked until lightly browned for a perfect party dip. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, well drained and chopped |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 cup light mayonnaise |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
3/4 cup chopped tomato |
1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced |
1 teaspoon dried dill weed |

Directions:
1. In a medium-size mixing bowl combine all ingredients except Keebler Crackers. Place in a shallow baking dish
2. Bake at 325 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.
3. Serve with crackers.
