1 leaf red leaf lettuce or 1 leaf green leaf lettuce |
1 slice turkey breast |
1 slice ham |
1 slice tomato |
1 slice avocado |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
1 leaf arugula or 1 leaf watercress |
1 tablespoon sugar-free ranch dressing |
Directions:
1. Place lettuce leaf on a plate;. 2. Top with turkey, ham, and tomato. 3. in a small bowl, mash avocado and lime juice, and spread onto the tomato. 4. Top with arugula or watercress and dressing. 5. Roll up and secure with a wooden pick. |
