A wonderful way to sweeten your iced tea with these healthy ice cubes...or maybe an addition to a sparkling wine. Ingredients:
3 cups fresh peaches, plums (approximately 4 peaches or nectarines, or approximately 8 plums) |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine fruit and lemon juice in a blender and puree. 2. Pour into ice cube trays. Freeze 8 - 10 hours. |
