Delicious side dish using California seedless grapes. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chicken broth |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1 cup uncooked couscous |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 1/2 cups california seedless grapes |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion |
2 tablespoons pine nuts |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan bring broth and pepper to a boil. 2. Add couscous and lemon juice; mix well. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minute. 3. Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly to mix. |
