Another recipe that was in my Sun-Maid Raisin booklet. The dressing has a wonderful blending of flavors for summer cookouts. Ingredients:
3 cups shredded cabbage |
1/3-1/2 cup raisins or 1/3-1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1/4 cup sliced green onion |
1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon dill weed |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Combine the dressing ingredients and blend well. 3. Pour dressing over salad, add salt and pper to taste, toss and serve. |
