Ingredients:
2 cups tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 stalk celery
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 green chili pepper, chopped
Directions:
1. * Also delicious made with red sweet peppers or a combination of red and green for nice color.
2. Combine all ingredients; if finer texture is desired may be put through food grinder using fine blade.
3. Cover tightly and chill overnight.
4. Serving Ideas : Serve cold as a relish with meat.
