Ingredients:
2 cups tomatoes, peeled and chopped |
1 stalk celery |
1 onion, diced |
1 green pepper, diced |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 green chili pepper, chopped |
Directions:
1. * Also delicious made with red sweet peppers or a combination of red and green for nice color. 2. Combine all ingredients; if finer texture is desired may be put through food grinder using fine blade. 3. Cover tightly and chill overnight. 4. Serving Ideas : Serve cold as a relish with meat. 5.
