This is a wonderful chicken salad for a lunch or a shower with the girls. Use it as a filling for sandwiches....pile on a croissant, add sliced avocado, tomato, lettuce and bacon. Out of sight! Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped |
2 stalks celery, chopped |
2/3 cup sliced almonds |
1/2 cup vidalia onion, chopped |
1 cup seedless grapes, red ones, halved |
tarragon, to taste |
mayonnaise, to taste |
lemon juice, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and make dressing using Kraft mayonnaise thinned with a little fresh lemon juice. Pour over salad, toss, then add tarragon and salt to taste. |
