Great summer-time salad. Goes together in a flash! Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, grilled and cut into bite sizes pieces |
1 head fresh broccoli florets |
1/2 cup chopped red onion |
2 cups asiago cheese (shredded) |
2 tomatoes (cored, seeded and chopped) |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup yogurt |
3 tablespoons dijon mustard |
3 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped fine) |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, gently stir together first five ingredients. 2. Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard and dill until creamy. 3. Gently stir dressing mixture into meat and vegetable mixture until well combined. |
