Quick, easy to make soup for those cold winter days. Ingredients:
1 pint water |
1 chicken bouillon cube |
1/2 c diced celery |
1/8 c diced onion |
1 1/4 c diced potatoes |
1/2 c diced carrots |
8 ounces california blend vegetables |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1/2 lb velvetta, cubed |
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil. 2. Add bouillon cube and vegetables. 3. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until all vegetables are tender (about 30 min). 4. Stir in soup and cheese. 5. Cook until soup is heated through and the cheese is melted. |
