Burgers with ground turkey, and avocado slices. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1/2 lb bean sprouts |
8 avocados, slices |
8 tomatoes, slices |
lettuce (for topping) |
8 hamburger buns |
1 large onion (sliced) |
salt (for taste) |
pepper (for taste) |
Directions:
1. Mix ground turkey, salt, and pepper to form 8 patties. 2. Cook on charcoal grill until almost done. 3. When done, top with bean sprouts, tomato, avacado,and onion. 4. Dress with mayo, ketchup, or mustard if desired. |
