The unique dip uses corn, black beans and salad dressings. Its hot sauce, and chili powder give it a spicy kick that everyone will enjoy. Ingredients:
2 (11 oz) cans of white corn, liquid removed |
2 (15 oz) cans of black beans, liquid removed and rinsed |
1 cup ranch salad dressing |
1/2 cup italian salad dressing |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 tsp chili powder |
1 tsp hot pepper sauce |
1/2 tsp ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine white corn, black beans, ranch and italian dressing, onion, cilantro, chili powder, hot pepper sauce and ground black pepper, mix thouroughly. Place in the refrigerator, and chill for 8 hours (or overnight) before serving. Remove, and serve with chips. |
