This a a variation on coleslaw. It's a dressed up version Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups red cabbage, finely shredded |
1 1/2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded |
1/4 cup onion, minced |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon celery seed |
Directions:
1. Combine chilled vegetables. 2. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring to dissolve sugar. 3. Pour dressing over vegetables. |
