This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pryor Estate in Grapevine, Texas in 1996. Ingredients:
1 can pork and beans |
1 can kidney beans drained |
1 can lima beans drained |
1 pound ground sirloin |
1/2 pound raw bacon chopped |
3/4 cup jalapeno ketchup |
3/4 cup light brown sugar |
1 tablespoon molasses |
2 teaspoons mustard |
1 white onion chopped |
2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Brown sirloin then drain well and stir in remaining ingredients until well combined. 2. Bake at 350 for 2 hours. |
