This doesn't last long at our house. What a wonderful way to get some fiber into your diet!! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs hamburger |
1 cup onion |
1/2 lb bacon |
3 (15 ounce) cans chili beans (3-4 cans) or 3 (15 ounce) cans pork and beans (3-4 cans) or 3 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans (3-4 cans) or 3 (15 ounce) cans red beans, etc. (3-4 cans) |
3/4 cup brown sugar (to taste) |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons vinegar |
Directions:
1. Brown Meat and drain, add to crockpot with three or four cans of beans, and remaining ingredients. Stir together, and leave on low. May leave on low all day long! |
