This is a chinese fav of mine Ingredients:
1/2 bag of fresh bean sprouts |
5- eggs |
2-green onions (diced thinly) |
soy sauce |
canola oil |
lamb gravy or ur fave |
Directions:
1. In bowl lightly beat beat eggs add green onions 5 dashes soy sauce 2. add hand full and half of sprouts. 3. in stir-fry pan add 1 tblspn oil heat to medium high 4. with hand grab out sprouts at of egg mixture forrm in round patty take spoon and spoon about 1 tblspn of egg mixture let cook about two minutes til golden brown then flip and cook another 2 minutes..keep warm in oven til ready and i serve this with brown lamb gravy on top about 2 tble spoons |
