A moppin' sauce recipe for slathering your chicken, beef or pork while BBQing. You can also use it as a marinade. This was used at a BBQ festival in Alberta. Enjoy! Ingredients:
2 cups beef stock |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika |
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon louisiana hot sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Use as a mop on desired cuts of meat. |
