A delicious twist on chicken soup. It creates a true dining experience rather than just a bowl of soup. Add the peppers for that extra kick! Ingredients:

here is a quick and easy idea for your avacados |
2 cans chicken broth |
2 sliced carrots |
1/2 medium onions chopped |
1/2 tsp comino |
1 tsp garlic |
salt to taste |
white pepper to taste |
2 cups chicken chunks |
a few cilantro leaves |
boil all of the above together then, serve in a bowl with the following in the side |
3 cups cooked white rice |
1 cup white shredded cheese |
fresh jalepenos |
sliced avacado |
it is one of my favorite meals when we go out on date nights. i like to spoon the rice and other ingredients in a little at a time so they don't get too soft. it makes it a meal experience, rather than just soup. |
