Tried and true. This is one of my favorite soups that I make all winter long when I want something comforting and hot. Enjoy Ingredients:
6 green chilies roasted and peeled |
1/2 pound mexican white cheese |
3 medium potatoes |
1 white onion minced |
1/4 cup tomato sauce |
1/2 cup milk |
2 tablespoons oil |
6 cups water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel and dice potatoes then fry in oil a few minute until glazed. 2. Add remaining ingredients then crumble in cheese and cook 25 minutes. |
