Tasty, healthy, kid-friendly meal. I started making this regularly when my son was 5 months old and over a year later it's still one of his favorites. Ingredients:
1/4 c grated organic zucchini |
1/4 c grated organic carrots |
1/2 c organic quinoa |
2 c water |
1 - 2 tbsp olive oil |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in pan. 2. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. 3. Reduce heat to low. 4. Simmer 30 min. |
