Faye's recipe Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice, cool |
2 cups cooked chicken, diced |
1 cup canned pineapple, diced |
1 cup celery, sliced |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup peach preserves or 1/4 cup pear preserves |
3/4 teaspoon curry powder |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except cheese. 2. season to taste. 3. garnish with cheese. |
