Calamondin Marmalade With a Kick |

Nice Ingredients:
4 cups kumquats (replace with calamondin when they enter it) |
water |
4 cups sugar |
1/2 lemon, juiced |
2 jalapenos, finely chopped |
1 habanero pepper, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Cut calamondins in half. Seed. 2. Cover with water in a pot. 3. Cook until fruit is soft. 4. Cover and let stand overnight in fridge. 5. Add sugar and mix. 6. Add lemon juice and peppers. 7. Bring to a boil. Boil 15 minutes, stirring constantly. MAX 20 minutes! 8. Remove from heat and pour into sterilized jars. |
