Nice light calamari rings-not to fatty. Ingredients:
150 g fresh squid rings |
2 teaspoons flour, seasoned with |
salt & pepper |
salad mixed vegetables |
3/4 cup cooked rice, seasoned with |
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
lemon wedge, to serve |
Directions:
1. Toss the calamari rings in flour. 2. Heat a small non-stick frying pan over high heat. 3. Add calamari and cook for 2 minutes. 4. Serve with veggies, lemon rice and lemon wedges. |
