A great starter. Ingredients:
6 ounces squid, tubes and tentacles |
1 egg, beaten |
cornstarch |
oil |
1 cup seafood cocktail sauce |
1 1/2 teaspoons wasabi powder |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl add Squid tubes and Tentacles and beaten egg and mix well. Place into the cornstarch and into a deep fryer for 2 minutes. Remove and drain. 2. In a mixing bowl mix the Cocktail sauce and Wasabi powder together and serve. |
