Cake With Whipped Cream And Fruit Icing |

Simple cake with a fantasitc icing. Ingredients:
yellow cake mix |
2 pints real whipping cream |
1 small can of crushed or tidbit pineapple, drained |
1 small can of mandarin oranges, drained |
sugar |
Directions:
1. Bake your cake mix as directed. 2. Whip your whipping cream by putting the two pints in a mixing bowl and whipping on high adding a T. of sugar at a time until you get stiff peaks. 3. Fold your drained fruit in the whipped cream, with a spoon. 4. Ice your cake. If two layers add a good amount in between the layers. If you make a Bundt cake just ice. 5. Any icing left over can be refrigerated and added to your cake slices. 6. Keep cake refrigerated. |
