Very delicious and moist cake. Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
3 eggs, unbeaten |
1 1/8 cups vegetable oil |
2 cups bananas, mashed |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice |
1 cup pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix by hand and pour into Bundt pan. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minute. |
