Cake and filing are baked all at once. Then topping is added. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 egg |
8 ounces cream cheese |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 eggs |
1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Cake: In a small mixer bowl, combine all cake ingredients. 2. Beat at medium speed until well blended. 3. Spread in the bottom of greased and floured 9-inch square pan. 4. Pour cheese filling over batter. 5. Bake at 350F for 35 to 45 minutes or until firm when touched in center. 6. Spread with topping. 7. Cool at least 4 hours before serving. 8. Cheese Filling: In small mixer bowl, combine all ingredients. 9. Beat at medium speed until well blended. 10. Topping: In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. |
