I used it with a boxed red velvet cake mix and it worked out great. It added volume to the cake mix but not so much that the pans overflowed. Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
2/3 cup water |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to your cake mix ingredients and prepare as indicated on the box. Cakes may need a few extra minutes of baking time because there is more batter than the original cake mix. |
