This has the consistency of a bakery-made cake. It is quick and easy. Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package cake mix |
4 eggs |
1 cup flour |
1 cup sour cream |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup margarine |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 12-cup fluted tube pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, flour, sour cream, sugar, milk and margarine. Beat to mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
4. Bake for 1 hour, or until done.
