Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup(s) flour |
1 1/4 cup(s) yellow cake mix |
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
3/4 cup(s) i salted butter, room temperature |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar |
1 egg |
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1/2 cup(s) semisweet chocolate chips |
1/2 cup(s) white chocolate chips |
1/2 cup(s) sprinkles |
Directions:
1. Sift together flour, cake mix and baking soda; reserve. On medium speed, beat butter and sugars until blended. Add egg and vanilla; beat until creamy. Beat in flour mixture until just combined: do not over mix. Stir in chocolate chips and sprinkles. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour, up to 4 days. Let soften slightly at room temperature before baking, about 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto I ungreased baking sheets. Shape balls to be taller than they are wide, chill dough when not in use. Bake at 10-12 minutes, until edges are slightly browned. Centers will appear very soft as they cool. Cool 4 minutes before cooling completely on rack 2. Enjoy! |
