Quick, easy and good! Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck |
1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1 (16 ounce) can black-eyed peas with jalapenos |
1 medium size onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) package cornbread mix |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, add tomatoes blackeye peas, onion and salt. Mix well and pour into oiled baking dish. Mix cornbread according to directions on package, then pour cornbread mixture over ground meat and bake about 30 minutes or until cornbread is done in 350F oven. |
