olive oil-flavored cooking spray |
1 1/2 teaspoons blackening seasoning, divided |
1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
lemon wedges (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Coat both sides of fish with cooking spray; sprinkle evenly with 1 1/4 teaspoons blackening seasoning. Place fish on broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
