This is a meal that can stand by it's self. You can add as a side dish some green bean or sweet corn. Ingredients:
2 links hot smoked sausage |
1 pound lean ground meat |
1/2 cup of green onions |
1/2 cup of parsely |
1/2 cup yellow / white onions |
1-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
salt and pepper to taste |
2 loaves of frozen bread or make your own homemade yeast bread |
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Thaw bread according to instructions. 3. Chop links into small pieces. Brown ground meat and sausage together. 4. Add Worcestershire sauce , onions, parsely and garlic powder. Saute' this with your meat. 5. Set aside after cooking. 6. Roll bread out like pizza crust. 7. Add meat across center. 8. Sprinkle cheese on top of meat. 9. Fold over with buttered hands and pinch ends together. 10. Place on a long baking pan 11. rub pan with oil or butter or spray with Pam 12. About 10 /15 minutes into baking take alittle melted butter and rub on the top of loaf bread. 13. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. |
