Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups long grain rice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large onion
1 large green bell pepper
8 ounces kielbasa
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 (12 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (3 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (12 ounce) can red kidney beans
Directions:
1. Cook rice
2. Saute onions, peppers, sausage, garlic, and seasoning.
3. Stir in tomatos, sauce, and beans.
4. Serve on rice.
