stir fry with a twist Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups long grain rice |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 large onion |
1 large green bell pepper |
8 ounces kielbasa |
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning |
1 (12 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 (3 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (12 ounce) can red kidney beans |
Directions:
1. Cook rice 2. Saute onions, peppers, sausage, garlic, and seasoning. 3. Stir in tomatos, sauce, and beans. 4. Serve on rice. |
