Ingredients:
2 teaspoons dried basil |
2 teaspoons crushed black peppercorns |
1 teaspoon ground white pepper |
1 teaspoon cumin seeds, crushed |
1 teaspoon caraway seeds, crushed |
1 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed |
1 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper |
2 teaspoons paprika |
Directions:
1. Combine first 10 ingredients in a small skillet; place over medium-high heat. Cook 3 minutes or until seeds are lightly browned. Remove from heat; stir in paprika. Store in an airtight container; shake well before each use. Use to coat chicken, beef, pork, or fish, or sprinkle over grilled corn or baked potatoes. |
