This is from chef Rick Rodgers. He adds basil and thyme a little different than some Cajun seasonings. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sweet hungarian paprika |
1 tablespoon dried basil |
1 tablespoon dried thyme |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (cayenne) |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Transfer to a small jar and seal tightly. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months. |
